1. ABOUT US
This website (excudotrade.co.uk) is operated by Excudo Trade Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15706206, with its registered office at 45 Dudley Road, Rowley Regis, B65 8JH, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
You can contact us by email at info@excudotrade.co.uk.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify, but any purchase you make is a contract between you and Excudo Trade Ltd.

2. THESE TERMS
These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before ordering. Our Privacy Policy (https://excudotrade.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy), Shipping Policy (https://excudotrade.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy) and Refund Policy (https://excudotrade.co.uk/policies/refund-policy) also apply.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. ORDERING
You must be 18 or over to place an order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will email you to confirm we have received your order, and the contract is formed when we email to confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if the personalisation you have requested breaks section 5 below. If we decline your order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Many of our products are printed with names, messages or photos that you provide. Please check spelling, dates, wording and image quality carefully before placing your order — we will print exactly what you send us.
Colours on screen can look slightly different from printed colours. Small variations in print position and colour are normal for printed products and are not a fault.
If we make a mistake that was not in your order, or the item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. YOUR CONTENT
By uploading photos, logos or text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use your content only to make and deliver your order.
We will not print content that we reasonably consider offensive, unlawful, or that uses someone else's trademarks, logos or copyrighted images without permission. If this happens, we will contact you and refund your order if it cannot be changed.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We take payment when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

7. DELIVERY
We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates; if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help.
The products become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Personalised items: because these are made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Non-personalised items: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@excudotrade.co.uk. Please return the item unused within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We will refund you, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty or incorrect items: please see our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. OUR WEBSITE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The designs, text, images and logos on this website belong to Excudo Trade Ltd or our licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping, but you may not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Our website may contain links to other websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

10. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the price you paid for the order.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products (such as the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose).
We supply products for domestic and private use. If you buy for business purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

If you have a problem, please email info@excudotrade.co.uk with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
