About Us

We're Excudo Trade Ltd, a small UK business based in Rowley Regis in the West Midlands. We started in 2024 with a simple idea: make it easy to turn a name, a message or a favourite photo into a gift someone will actually use every day.

What we make

• Mugs – classic 11oz ceramic mugs, colour-handle mugs, heart-handle mugs and colour-changing "magic" mugs that reveal the design when you add a hot drink
• Travel mugs – insulated mugs with lids for the commute or the office
• Water bottles – 400ml aluminium bottles for the gym, school or work
• Cushions – printed cushion covers for the sofa or bedroom
• T-shirts – printed T-shirts for men and kids

Alongside our personalised range, we design our own funny and themed gifts, from birthday and Father's Day mugs to gaming, office and hobby designs.

How it works

1. Choose your product and add your name, message or photo.
2. We check and print it once you place your order. Every item is printed to order, not taken from a pile of stock.
3. We send it out with Royal Mail, usually within 1 working day. Orders over £20 get free standard UK delivery.

Our promise

We check every item before it's packed. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing mistake on our side, we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
