Selling on Amazon, eBay or Etsy?
Each marketplace has its own dropshipping rules – here's what to check for your account.
Amazon
Amazon's dropshipping policy says you must be the seller of record and be named on any packing slip or invoice. Our parcels contain no Excudo paperwork – check Amazon's current rules and tell us if you need your own packing slip included.
eBay
Dropshipping is allowed when items are sent directly by a wholesale supplier like us. Set your eBay dispatch time to match ours (same day before 12pm, Mon–Fri) and your delivery estimate to Tracked 48 (2 working days) or Tracked 24 (next working day).
Etsy
Etsy asks sellers to list the businesses that help make their items as production partners. Add Excudo Trade Ltd as your production partner on the listings you make with us.

Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. You place the order on our website with your customer's name and delivery address, and we print it and send it straight to them.
Will my customer see your name or prices?
No. Dropship parcels are sent blind – no invoice, no prices, no leaflets and no Excudo branding inside the parcel.
Can I sell your products on Amazon, eBay or Etsy?
Yes, you can resell our products on any marketplace or on your own website. If you sell on Etsy, remember that Etsy asks sellers to list the businesses that help make their items as production partners.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum order and no monthly commitment – you pay for each order when you place it.
How much is the trade discount?
Trade prices are set per business. Send us the form below and we'll reply with your trade prices.
How fast do you dispatch and deliver?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are printed and dispatched the same day. Tracked 48 delivery takes 2 working days and Tracked 24 delivery takes 1 working day. Orders placed after 12pm, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
Yes – email info@excudotrade.co.uk with the destination and we'll quote international delivery.
Can you print my own logo or brand artwork?
Yes. We can print your logo or artwork on our mugs, T-shirts, cushions, travel mugs and water bottles. Send us your files (high-resolution PNG or PDF) and tell us which products you'd like.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. Every item is printed to order, so there's no stock to buy and nothing to store – you pay for each order as you place it.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. As there's no minimum order, you can order a single item to check the quality before you list it.
How do orders from my Shopify, Etsy or eBay shop reach you?
You place each order on our website with your customer's details. If you expect a lot of orders, email us and we'll talk about the easiest way to send them to us.
Can you include my own packing slip or branded packaging?
Our standard dropship parcel is plain with nothing inside. If you need your own packing slip, insert or packaging, email us and we'll discuss what's possible.
What if an item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us with the order number and a photo and we'll replace it free of charge. Mistakes in the personalisation details you send us (such as spelling) can't be refunded, so please check them before ordering. Full details are in our refund policy.
