Every item is printed to order and sent by Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery is £2.99, free on orders of £20 and over, and orders placed before 12 noon (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard delivery is £2.99 and takes 2–4 working days, and it's free on orders of £20 or more. Next-day delivery is £4.99 when you order before 12pm (Mon–Fri).

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are made just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a spelling mistake – please check your details before ordering. If it arrives faulty or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you.
